I was fortunate enough to be able to witness these Leatherback sea turtle hatchlings (Dermochelys coriacea) as they emerged from their eggs. It's amazing that these little critters, barely 10 cm long, will grow up to be the largest turtles in the world, measuring over two meters in length and weighing up to 700 Kg.

A large anaconda (Eunectes murinus), between 3 and 4 meters long, that was digesting its prey.

In many cases, the eyes are the only things you see in crocs and alligators when they're in the water.
