Another beautiful weekend out there. So I woke up early morning and after having a brief breakfast I headed out to Park of the Nations, that is located on the very end of the city.
Top sculpture in the park. Don't know the story about this monument but once I got to know it will update you for sure 😎
I traveled about 20 min by bus to the Park, where the major Lisbon transport hub is located.
Oriente is by the way first place where I walked on Portuguese soil after arriving by bus from Madrid few months ago.
A shot of the Lisbon Casino, which is considered the biggest in Europe by size, slot machines etc. Was opened a decade ago overtaking Casino Estoril which held the crown for like a half century!!
Guys, and from here I took another bus, that took me all the way along the river embankment and through the historical center to the very other corner of the city. In the direction of the Atlantic Ocean following the Tegus River.
The name of the monument speaks out for itself!
