Luego compré mi primera herramienta de repostería creo que antes de comenzar el 2022, mí primera herramienta fue un batidor, para mediados de 2022 me compré una batidora de pedestal, para septiembre 2022 luego de finalizar el trabajo en las fincas compré un horno, un molde para ponquesitos, un molde para tortas y una selladora.
Mi propósito era luego de haber renunciando a la agroprecuaria comenzar de lleno con la repostería, aunque sabía que me faltaban herramientas decidí comenzar haciendo ponquesitos di unas muestras a unos locales para dar a conocer mi producto sin embargo por problemas de salud que también he mencionado en otros post no tenía los ánimos o las energías al 100%.

Tenía una visión grande, compré materia prima, compré capacillos, papel selofan, tenía mis cálculos de gastos y ganancias pero no era tan fácil como creía, a parte de necesitar más herramientas para hacer una buena presentación de productos. Está materia prima la use en ponquesitos y biscochos pero para consumo familiar.

Me desmotivo mucho los problemas de salud, no podía concentrarme, ya ha pasado un año de lo que describo pero mí emprendimiento aún está en mis planes de poder consolidarlo, en este país en el que actualmente estamos viviendo mientras más ingresos uno tenga mejor.
Hace vários meses hice el registro nacional de emprendedores, y me registre en emprender juntos BDV, y me encuentro en el segundo paso que es la evaluación física, a parte de esto; estoy redactando un proyecto titulado: Proyecto de repostería creativa online como alternativa de emprendimiento personal contribuyendo a una mejor calidad de vida. En el proyecto pretendo que los productos sean diferentes a los demás, innovar en decoración, sabores, porqué se que en esta área la competencia es grande, y online porque no cuento con los recursos para registrar empresa y pagar impuestos, pero a la larga si me gustaría crear la empresa y generar empleos,también pretendo introducir el proyecto en instituciones crediticias.

En un principio les comenté las herramientas que tengo, pero las herramientas que no tengo son: una balanza, una batidora manual, una manga, las boquillas de la manga, base para decorar las tortas, las espátulas, tazas medidoras ,cucharitas medidoras y más moldes.

Entre mis fortalezas considero innovador comercializar los productos por redes sociales,
Productos personalizados al gusto del cliente.

Insertar en el mercado, poco acceso a wi-fi.
Son productos no perecederos.

El apoyo a los emprendedores que están realizando entidades bancarias e instituciones.
Las redes sociales son una ventana comercial.

La inflación.
Aumento de los precios de la materia prima y esto genera aumento de los precios de los productos realizados.

Próximamente tengo pensado realizar unas cocadas con recursos propios para comenzar nuevamente y poco a poco ir desarrollando otros productos a medida que vaya adquiriendo las demás herramientas y más práctica. También me gustaría mucho más adelante incursionar con pasapalos dulces y pasapalos salados.Pero si mi emprendimiento logra un impulso económico sería muy bueno, y aparte podría generar un empleo directo en un principio.
Desde mí experiencia como emprendedora puede decir que no es fácil consolidarse en un emprendimiento, las perspectiva que tenemos suele ser muy altas, y en realidad no es así. Pero está en nosotros mismos persistir, seguir intentando. Muchos proyectos no se consolidan por falta de persistencia.
Soon I plan to make some cocadas with my own resources to start again and gradually develop other products as I acquire the other tools and more practice. I would also like to venture into sweet pasapalos and savory pasapalos later on, but if my enterprise gets an economic boost it would be very good, and it could also generate direct employment in the beginning.
From my experience as an entrepreneur I can say that it is not easy to consolidate in an enterprise, the perspective we have is usually very high, and in reality it is not so. But it is up to us to persist, to keep trying. Many projects do not consolidate for lack of persistence.
