Hello my beautiful Hive's community, I hope you are well. Today I bring you a delicious recipe to prepare some butter cookies with chocolate 🥰 🍪
Los materiales a utilizar son: 400gr de harina de trigo, 200gr de mantequilla, 2 huevos, azúcar, vainilla, y canela.
The materials to use are: 400gr of wheat flour, 200gr of butter, 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Paso 1
En un envase agregamos la mantequilla, junto a la azúcar y la canela. Revolvemos hasta integrar los ingredientes.
Step 1
In a container we add the butter, together with the sugar and cinnamon. We stir until the ingredients are integrated.
Paso 2
Separamos las yemas de las claras e integramos las yemas a nuestra mezcla.
Step 2
We separate the yolks from the whites and integrate the yolks into our mix.
Paso 3
Agregamos vainilla. Y opcional 3 cucharadas de leche.
Step 3
We add vanilla. And optional 3 tablespoons of milk.
Paso 4
Con un colador vamos agregando la harina a nuestra mezcla. Y con la mano vamos amasando. Una vez lista envolvemos la mezcla y la metemos a la nevera por una hora.
Step 4
With a strainer we add the flour to our mixture. And with the hand we are kneading. Once ready we wrap the mixture and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Paso 5
Sacamos y vamos haciendo bolitas de masa, aplastamos.
En una bandeja de aluminio agregamos harina de trigo y regamos, vamos colocando nuestra galletas y un punto de chocolate.
Step 5
We take out and we make dough balls, we crush.
In an aluminum tray we add wheat flour and water, we are placing our cookies and a point of chocolate.
Paso 6
Metemos al horno por 15 minutos. Una vez pasado los 15 minutos sacamos y metemos por unos segundos a refrigerar.
Step 6
We put in the oven for 15 minutes. Once we spend the 15 minutes, we take out and put it for a few seconds to refrigerate.
