Los materiales que utilizaremos: 1 piña entera, 500gr de mantequilla, 1 kilo de harina de trigo leudante, leche, 1 kilo de azúcar, 6 huevos, polvo de hornear, para decorar cerezas en almíbar.

The materials that we will use: 1 whole pineapple, 500gr of butter, 1 kilo of self-rising wheat flour, milk, 1 kilo of sugar, 6 eggs, baking powder, to decorate cherries in syrup.

Paso 1
En un envase mezclamos la mantequilla con el azúcar, la leche en polvo, mezclar hasta que no queden grumos. Adicionalmente batimos un poco de jugo de piña y lo incorporamos en la mezcla.

Pasamos por un colador la harina, para evitar los grumos. Y vamos incorporando lentamente a la mezcla.

En un envase aparte apartamos las yemas de las claras, e incorporamos las yemas a la mezcla.

Con la batidora batimos las claras hasta punto de nieve, de igual manera incorporamos en la mezcla.

Para decorar por vamos la piña en rodaja, con agua y azúcar ponemos en almíbar hasta que se haga caramelo, en un bandeja agregamos el caramelo y la piña con un poco de mantequilla.
Echamos la mezcla.
