En esta ocasión mi sobrino tenía un actividad en la escuela la cual todos debían ir con un personaje de “Alicia en el país de las maravillas” y a mí sobrino le tocó ir del Conejo Blanco. Así que tanto la abuela como yo, pusimos manos a la obra para el atuendo de mi sobrino. Por mi parte fue la encargada de hacer el reloj, sin más…

This time my nephew had an activity at school in which everyone had to go with a character from “Alice in Wonderland” and my nephew had to go as the White Rabbit. So both grandma and I got to work on my nephew's costume. I was in charge of making the watch, that's all....

🕐 Paso 1 / Step1
Lo primero fue hacer la base del reloj y para ello use de referencia una taza de mantequilla pequeña y con ella realice dos círculos en cartón.
The first thing to do was to make the base of the clock and for this I used a small butter cup as a reference and with it I made two circles in cardboard.
🐰 Paso 2 / Step 2
Seguidamente en cartón recorte una tira de 2cm con unas pestañas de 1cm en casa lado, a su vez recorte pequeños triángulos con el fin que este sea la base para pegar ambos círculos hechos anteriormente, primero pegue uno y seguidamente el otro.
Then cut out a 2 cm strip of cardboard with 1 cm tabs on each side, and cut out small triangles so that this will be the base to glue both circles previously made, first glue one and then the other.

Teniendo el reloj pegado por ambas partes procedí a forrar y para ello use foami escarchado color blanco por un lado y por el otro foami dorado, siendo la blanca la parte delantera del reloj y la dorada la parte de atrás.
Having the clock glued on both sides, I proceeded to cover it and for this I used white frosted foami on one side and gold foami on the other, being the white the front part of the clock and the gold the back part.

Para forrar el borde del reloj use foami escarchado dorado permitiendo este que sobresaliera un poco del lado blanco y hacer ese efecto del borde que el reloj original tiene.
To line the edge of the clock I used gold frosted foami allowing it to protrude a little from the white side to make that border effect that the original clock has.
🕐 Paso 5 / Step 5
Posteriormente en hoja blanca realice los números del reloj y los pinte usando un marcador color negro, después recorte cada número y estos los pegue en el orden correcto del reloj, para las agujas del mismo use el mismo método pero en este caso usé marcador rojo de igual forma ubique en el reloj.
Then on a white sheet I made the numbers of the clock and painted them using a black marker, then I cut out each number and glued them in the correct order of the clock, for the hands I used the same method but in this case I used red marker and in the same way I placed them on the clock.

Como el reloj del conejo blanco es un reloj de bolsillo por mi parte quise hacerlo lo más parecido posible así que intenté hacer un colgante y para ello doble un pequeño foami y pegue en el centro del reloj y juntando una tira de foami en ovalo lo grape en el soporte anterior y en el inserte varios óvalos hasta completar una cadeneta más o menos larga.
As the white rabbit watch is a pocket watch I wanted to make it as similar as possible so I tried to make a pendant and for this I folded a small foami and glued in the center of the watch and joining a strip of foami in oval I stapled it on the previous support and in it I inserted several ovals to complete a more or less long chain.

¡Y de esta forma obtuve el reloj del conejo blanco, perfecto para completar el atuendo de mi sobrino!🐰🕐.
Personally I was in love, it is the first time I make this creation so it was a challenge for me, the process was easy and the best thing is that I used few materials🐰. 🎉 And that's how I got the white rabbit watch, perfect to complete my nephew's outfit!🐰🕐.
