Gender equality?

Women who are after gender equality, look at what really gender equality looks like below.

But anyway, I know that this never happened. The person that made this image, I think just wanted to make a point that there is nothing like gender equality.

I think what women should be after is gender equity because men and women have different capabilities and capacity, so should be treated according to their different strengths.
