Well, he is talking about the redistribution of airdropped Hive tokens to STEEMP holders. Each STEEMP token is backed by equal amount of STEEM tokens by Steem Engine. So that wallet was airdropped with equal amount of HIVE tokens. Hence Steem Engine team took a snapshot of all Steem Engine wallets at the time of fork and distributed proportionate amount of HIVE tokens to all STEEMP holders at that time.
Now @cloudblade is questioning that why similar practice was not employed by all other Steem Engine tokens. It may not be in 1:1 ratio but the team that launched those tokens did collected some STEEM in lieu of those tokens. However afaik, tokens like PAL were a free airdrop and not actually sold. But tokens like LEO were sold for STEEM. So whatever STEEM
@steemleo team hold by selling those tokens should have got same amount of HIVE tokens. These tokens should be distributed to all LEO holders proportionately. Ditto with all other tokens.
What I feel is that even if this teams don't distribute airdropped HIVE to their token holders, their token market price should reflect this by equivalent increase in their prices. Because if the cost of airdropped tokens is factored in, the cost of these tokens should inflate at least 2.5x. But I guess, it's upon the token holders (sellers) to take that into account into their Ask rate.
