No my friend, B&You is not the problem :

You just can't expect to sell a 60k$ car with 220 kilometers of autonomy and hours of charging (god knows where) to people that have 4k$ for their cars and need 800-900 kilometers of autonomy : this is 80% of the population.

• Getting into that purely niche and ideological market was the problem in the first place. - Paying for it with giant debt was another problem.
• Giving billions of fresh debt money to destroy a perfectly working industry and replace it with a product that cater to 5-10% of the market needs is yet another communist heresy.
• Use of the poors tax paying money to artifically lower the price of those cars so that this upper middle class that think highly of themselves could wank their ego over their ecological virtues was adding salt and lemon to the wound.

Now they are going to replace it all with their usual war machine industry, and when there will be no more war around they will create us a nice little IV Reich and WW3.

Forget the past, expect history to repeat again.
