My Quest on this Earth Elements: ☄

When I hit the play button to play ranked, I always choose battles with low mana caps, so taking into consideration the rules of the combat situation Grund is not a good choice like back to basic. another challenge, for instance, there are thorns on the rules, which essentially prevented me from using him since I might just destroy my squad. I cannot use him as a pure tank on the field to only protect my objective. Another issue I have is that the Earth element is inactive on the rules, thus even if the mana cost is high, I was unable to utilize Grund in that battle. Thankfully, as I continue to fight, I was able to find the and suitable match for my Grund, which I will provide on this content so that you may read and watch it.

Sharing my battle story fighting with Grund

Since Grund costs 10 mana, it has an advantage in high mana engagements but a disadvantage when the requirements of the rules are low mana costs. One of my favorite abilities that Grund had was the double strike.

In my opinion, Grund only plays on earth, so Mylor and Immortalis are a great partnership for him. When it comes to pairing to dragon element, Quix the Devious is also the best option for him, while pairing him with Carnage Titan will be a potentially strong lineup we could have. If only I could imagine if Grund could play with Possibilus the wise with that trample abilities, I might consider spamming that on high mana battle matches.

Grund 🚁

This Grund monster card is extraordinary since it has a double strike from level 1 through level 3, and at level 4 it has the ability to trample, which performs well within the conditions specified by the trample rules. Because of this card's potential power in sneak attack and opportunity is highly effective, never underestimate it. This card from the Chaos Legion is outstanding on my opinion. But there are certain rules like back to basic that let his talent futile but in certain rules he is so far quite effective on winning your battles.

Quick Match using the Grund

First Round & First Blood

image.png

  • The first match of this challenge lasted 22 turns, and I was particularly pleased to have Immortalis on my side. The power of the shatter shot quickly destroyed my opponent's armor, making his monster's ability to taunt less effective. Likewise, after Runemancer Florre broke the Night Ghoul's armor, my opponent became more open to attack, and as a result, his tank died in an instant. the Double Strike from my Grund Perfectly killed Night Ghoul with 8 damage in total. The following round will be lethal when the poison seeps into our blood, but I was unconcerned since I have my Kron's healing abilities in case the long game continues.

The Second Round Encounter

image.png

  • Before the fights began, the poison started to work right away, damaging all of the monsters on the field by 2. My enemies' Arachne Thug was the most recent monster to fall victim to the toxic fumes, while my rival Lira the Dark was able to hit hard and snipe my Sand Worm, which then instantly perished from the destruction. When Runemancer Florre struck Djinn Muirat again, he was capable of breaking his armor, allowing Grund to hit him hard and kill him and another strike against Lira and it was a double kill.

The Final Round & The End Game

Immortalis ⛏

  • Since range attackers cannot strike in the first position, my opponent's squad has only left one soldier on the battlefield, and under the rules, Raa was expected to perish from the poisons. As a consequence, the combat is mostly completed, and I defeat the opponent flawlessly.

Did your strategy work?

What will you try differently next time?

Do you like the Grund? Why or why not?

1ST Question

Yes, my strategy worked perfectly. The poison rule was challenging to play with since I lacked cleanse and immunity to toxin fumes. But my Grund, my sweetest tank, was also quite effective because I was able to hit him twice in the first round of of the match, whereas my opponent used Thaddius Brood to reduce my hit points by one. However, I was able to survive the long-term effects of the poison because of my use of healing and high health points.

Rules & Condition

2ND Question

As of right presently, all I can think of is trying the next challenge while Grund is still collaborating on the this kind of challenge and using a different summoner, like Kitty Byzantine, in order to give Grund the best front line on the team. With the summoner's healing abilities, Grund will be overpowered and reliable, and I also wanted to use the power of Arkemis the Bear on his armor in addition to Queen Mycelia's combination to give Grund a high level of armor.

3RD Question

I purchased 2 Gold foil Grund in the in-game system market because I know the value of the Grund on high level ranked, but on bronze and novice you can only have the normal rules so you cannot utilize Grund on the backlines or on the second position because the double strike of the Grund if there is no opportunity or sneak attack you cannot use it. So, the answer to the question "Do I Like Grund?" would undoubtedly be "Yeah of course." I absolutely adore this card since it completely suits my mindset and my own deck.
