Hello everyone)) Let's go on learning about our interesting traditions. My last post was about how to find a bride and what kind of features are required from the brides. After finding the bride and matchmaking if girls parents gives agreement, parents and matchmakers will break non, Uzbek bread. Bread is a sacred product for Uzbeks, and when the parties divide it among themselves, they confirm the seriousness of their intentions.
As you can see there are two breads are being broken. It means that two young must always be together.
Having come to a mutual decision, they appoint -Fotiha Tuy (an engagement). On the day of the betrothal, relatives, old men and women gather in the bride's house. All costs will be given by groom's family. The parents of the future spouse generously present the bride with rich gifts and sweets. Presents will be given not only the bride but also for the whole family and the brides family "answers" in the same way.
In this day will be cooked plov. Plov is our very very delicious traditional meal.
Groom's family comes with music and musicians and enters bride's house playing under music. It means that how they are happy from coming bride to heir house but usually brides parents do not play as they are not so happy for their girl going to another home from their house))
