At any moment of the day the heart stops for a moment. Fear knocks on the door and we must decide what we will do with it. I consider it normal to feel fear, that sudden throb that reminds us that we are facing something important.
Usually we are afraid when something we value is in danger or when we are presented with something unknown or we do not have control. But if it is normal to feel fear it is abnormal to let yourself be dominated by it. Each emotion we feel must lead us to stop, identify it, see the circumstance that caused it, and decide the action to return to normal rhythm. If we remain stuck in emotion or feeling, it imprisons us and uncontrolls everything.
Every day, when fear knocks on the door, look out the door, but do not open it. If you open it is very difficult to make it go. It is similar to those guests who arrived for a day and have not planned to leave and devour everything in their path, without asking your permission.
Those emotions, that put you on alert, listen to them, they warn you that you are at a point where you have to make an important decision. You should not be afraid, feel it, give it the value it has, but no more, do not give it your life. If you see a sign of: CAUTION! FLOOR SLIDING, take the necessary precaution not to fall, but do not stop crossing that corridor that takes you to your destination.
Do not be afraid. Get moving.
