Here is my entry for the #monomad contest by 
Life is meant to be lived, savored, and experienced. Sitting still, motionless, can only be an option for those who have no other choice.
A trip to the park is a great time to take a deep breath and, for a few minutes—or even an hour—to reflect on how we’re surrounded by nature, and that concrete doesn’t define our lives in such a cold way.
Knowing how to observe, listen, feel, and appreciate are among the greatest virtues we can possess.
Look around you. Marvel at the constant miracle that life presents.
Every day.
Every hour, and every second...
Whether we’re paying attention or not. An opportunity
