Today I have an enigmatic mural to share with you!
And let me explain why:
Firstly, I don't have the name of the work, I've only managed to find out the name of the artist.
Secondly, even though I have the artist's name, I haven't been able to find out ANYTHING about him! Not even a short biography, or any other work he's done...
All that remains is for me to write a few words about what this work has awakened in me, and hope that you, if you feel interested, will also share your ideas with me and the whole community, or who knows? Maybe you know this artist, and you'll be able to help me learn a little more about him and his work.
This very enigmatic work, as I said, leaves all its interpretation, responsibility and even classification to the viewer.
I confess that I'm not a particular lover of abstract art... However, I like to be challenged.
The geometric yet organic shapes are almost reminiscent of a stained glass window in a church, like so many others.
I can actually glimpse the presence of three entities, three people, who together rise above our eyes.
Their intimacy and coexistence can be the starting point for the analysis of this work, leading us to a self-analysis of our own attitude towards our neighbor, or our relatives.
How often does physical closeness mean just that... sterile, without love or affection? Let's look at ourselves and try to change the internal dimension of the human condition. Dependence on others cannot be seen as a sign of weakness. Rather, it's one of our characteristics as a species, which may not even differentiate us from other living beings on this planet, but which very often leaves us in a position where we consider ourselves superior, except when we have no idea what's going on in the head of the person next to us.

Hoje tenho para partilhar com vocês um mural enigmático!
E deixem-me explicar melhor porque assim o classifico:
Primeiro, não tenho o nome da obra, apenas consegui descobrir o nome do artista.
Segundo, mesmo tendo o nome do artista não consegui descobrir absolutamente NADA dele! Nem uma pequena biografia, nem outros trabalhos que ele tenha feito...
Resta-me apenas escrever umas poucas palavras acerca do que este trabalho despertou em mim, e esperar para que vocês, caso se sintam interessados, partilharem também comigo e com toda a comunidade as vossas ideias, ou quem sabe... Se calhar vocês conhecem este artista, e conseguirão ajudar-me a conhecer um pouco mais sobre ele e sobre a sua obra.
Esta obra, muito enigmática, como eu disse, entrega ao seu observador, toda a sua interpretação, responsabilidade e mesmo a sua classificação.
Confesso que não sou particular amante do abstractismo na arte... Gosto contudo de ser desafiado.
As formas geométricas, mas ao mesmo orgânicas, fazem quase lembrar um vitral de uma igreja, como tantas outras.
Consigo de facto vislumbrar a presença de três entidades, três pessoas, que reunidas sobreelevam-se aos nossos olhos.
A sua intimidade, e convivência pode ser o ponto de partida para a análise desta obra, levando-nos a uma auto-análise acerca da nossa própria postura para o com o próximo, ou com os nossos parentes.
Quantas vezes uma proximidade física não significa apenas isso... estéril, sem amor, ou carinho? Olhemos para nós mesmos, e tentemos mudar a dimensão interna da condição humana. Depender do outro não pode ser visto como um sinal de fraqueza. É sim, uma das nossas características enquanto espécie, que até pode não nos diferenciar de outros seres vivos deste planeta, mas que muito frequentemente nos deixa numa posição que nos consideramos superior, excepto quando não fazemos a mínima ideia do que se passa na cabeça de quem está ao nosso lado.
