SteemPeak reward method testing: Donate to Steem Proposals

I set the reward method on this blog post to "Donate to Steem Proposals".
I currently don't know what this exactly means, who will get the blog post rewards, but I post this blog post to test this SteemPeak reward method, and to support Steem Proposals.
