This is the first time, when I experience this.
I played a lot of ranked matches yesterday and today, and I lost most of them, because some people played like as if they would be in the Bronze league. Everyone go alone, they do not know what to do. There is no teamwork. This is very frustrating. Looks like someone boosted them from the lower ranks.
Currently I am in the Platinum IV rank.
My current performance in the current (in the tenth) season is similar to my performance in the seventh season. My win rate is slightly lower (44%) in the current (in the tenth) season than in the seventh season (49.30%).

I played 4008 matches in total so far. My League of Legends: Wild Rift account is 1029 days old today. I played this game for more than 1000 hours so far.
