Harris's hawks are social. They live and hunt in groups even in the wild. This is the only predatory bird, which do this. With trust, love and time, you can very much tame them. Two years ago my previous Harris's hawk was so tame that she slept laying down on me. Mostly on my neck. So we slept together, cuddled. This level of trust and love took approximately two or three months.
