Leaving the story aside, and the central point in fact of the Metal Gear Solid saga, its gameplay is excellent, we are talking about a very complex stealth game, but it is no longer just that, now it is survival, in this game we have to eat, heal ourselves, be camouflaged, and we can even make objects and cook, I found this super strange for a PS2 game, I did not think it was so ahead of its time.
I had a PlayStation 2 (PS2) around 2004, but I have not played the Metal Gear Solid games on them. Somehow I missed this complete video game series. This eating and cooking part reminds me of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and the Sims video game series.
Probably the eating part is not so complex in Metal Gear Solid, but this concept is still interesting. I like the idea. Even for a PlayStation 2 (PS2) game.
