Nowadays I use Bitsa/Bitnovo to first buy mostly Litecoin (LTC) for fiat money, and then I sell that Litecoin (LTC) through StealthEX or through SimpleSwap to receive Hive on the Hive blockchain, then I sell at least a part of that Hive on the internal market for Hive Dollars (HBD).

In the past I used Coinbase too to sell Hive for other cryptocurrencies, and to sell those cryptocurrencies for fiat money.

There should indeed be more cryptocurrency exchanges, which supports Hive and/or Hive Dollars (HBD).
