I took a look at HiveStats to see how efficiently I curate post/comments, and I found that most of my upvotes, which has more than 100% curation efficiency are early upvotes (I usually upvoted the posts/comments less than one hour after publishing), which is obvious, but my current most efficient upvote is not early. Nor the second most efficient. I upvoted a post 11 hours after publishing, and it has 135.79% efficiency. I have another upvote with 121.67% efficiency. I upvoted that 22 hours after publishing.
Currently I have pending curation rewards for 83 posts and for 88 comments.
I like how detailed HiveStats is. We can swim in the data. But sometimes it is difficult/hard to actually understand it. Now I probably ask a difficult question, but what determines the efficiency of our curation?
What should I do to do curation efficiently? Efficiently more than 100%?
Nowadays I usually upvote what I like, and this is the case with the above mentioned upvotes too, so they were not intentionally efficient. But I would like to know how to do efficient curation.
I would like to know more about this. And as my Hive Power grows, I would like to do more conscious curation.
Another question: Is it true that if we upvote a post/comment one day after publishing, then there will be a penalty in the curation rewards?
Thank you for any explanation about the curation efficiency.
Have a nice day and have a nice weekend.
All the best. Greetings and much love from Hungary.
