I have not posted anything in the Feathered Friends community since one month (the last time I published a post in this community was on 2024.12.24).
First of all, both my Harris's hawk and I am also good.
Nowadays I just spend very little time online.
Two weeks ago (on 2025.01.06) I wrote in the Daily Blog community that I am preparing to move.
This post is just a short update about that.
I will certainly not move to the north part of the island in the near future (in the next three months).
But theoretically there are a few other options.
One of my friends will arrive on the island around the middle of the next month (in February).
I will talk to him personally too.
We briefly talked on Facebook Messenger so far, and if everything will be good, then I will make an agreement with him about a proper housing (living in a caravan on a plot with proper wired electricity and proper tap water).
This would be somewhere on the south part of the island.
And there are a few other options too.
Still nothing is certain yet, but the intention to move to live in a better place than a tent.
We will see what the future will bring.
Either way, the main thing is that both my Harris's hawk and I am also good.
So we are both good.
My bird currently have a proper place mostly in the shadows with a perch.
She enjoys sitting on it.
And apart from sleeping in a tent, I also enjoy my life, and I try to get the best out of the current situation.
