Bottom left quadrant of the picture - the Horton Plaza Mall in downtown San Diego as seen in April 2007. It was doing fine at the time. But since then, it's gone out of business and changed into something else (I can't remember what at the moment, some kind of "university"?). Don't imagine that "downtown" issue had anything to do with it?
