Reading for reflection: Acts 5: 11-16
In this chapter of the Acts we can look at the purpose of the wonders and wonders that were performed in the early church, which are specified in verse 14. "And those who believed in the Lord increased more, a great number of men and women women".
God does not manifest his power so that people will be astonished but so that he will convert, this is the main task of our eternal God.
There was distractions, but the presence of the Holy Spirit was so powerful that it intervened effectively and everything went on.
Therefore, the revival that arose was like the glow of the sun after a terrible storm.In this passage we are told that the believers were united with an unwavering spirit when they returned to occupy the familiar enclosure of the porch of Solomon. A church of this type becomes a force of attraction for all those who are outside the church of Jesus Christ, that is, all those people who are slaves to sin because they do not know God.All those people who are unfamiliar with the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For this reason this testimony attracted large crowds of truly repentant people who were earnestly seeking the Lord's face and tirelessly seeking to know His grace.

God's primary task for the church is to seek souls for the kingdom, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to keep his testimony as light that is his so that all may come to repentance.
One of the mission of the church is to treat sin with man so that he recognizes his condition.
The fact of dealing immediately and decisively with sin in the early church resulted in a restoration of spiritual power and revival. This also happens in the case of a person who believes in the Lord. If he recognizes his sin and repents in all sincerity, God helps him to restore perfect communion with him. As with the believers of the early church, God can make us experience a new impact of the power of the Holy Spirit on us in order to serve to others as he wants us to do
We must fulfill this mission and look for souls for Christ so that multitudes can reach his presence.
