Being a Christian is a way of life, because the Christian shows it with his life, facts and example.
The Bible is our manual of behavior and all our behavior is embodied in it, that is, by the word of God we know how to conduct ourselves what is good and what is mlalo.
So that a Christian is known by a series of principles that govern his life and that come to be characteristics that define him when converting them into actions.
A Christian who has known God lives for Him, that is, knows the only true God (v3) of the chapter mentioned (John 17).
. It is a fact that a true Christian needs to know his creator and savior to intimidate him and establish specific relationships that lead him to the right path.
It is important to know that to hear from God is not to know him, it is not the same to hear that to know that he is there, because you have felt him. For example, to know God and get acquainted with Him is through his word, then we have to search the Bible. In this way we know what God's will is.
The true Christian keeps the word of God, obeys and does not place it in the background makes it a priority in his life. He is a good counselor, loyal, forgives his friend, is loyal and gives support when needed.
He also glorifies God, honors and respects him, saves himself from evil, lives in unity with his brothers, demonstrating love for one another and obviously distinguishes himself by his love (v26)
Love distinguishes the true Christian, therefore, it is a characteristic feature of his personality.
