God is always speaking to us through his word to teach us the things of the kingdom to which we belong. In this sense we find the explanation of a parable that Jesus used to explain to his disciples the meaning of the good seed.
We read in Matthew 13: 5-6 _ Part fell on stony ground, where there was not much land; and it sprang up early, because it had no depth of land; but the sun came out, it burned; and because it had no root, it dried up.
It is known that a seed can sprout in different types of land but not all have the same result, some will not survive and bear fruit.
An example of this is the seed that is sown between stony ground, the reason why the seed can not survive there is because the stones do not allow the roots to deepen and find moisture and in the end it dries.
It is worth specifying that in the plants, after the seed germinates there are two phenomena called: Phototropism and geotropism.
Phototropism is the direction of light that the plant follows as it grows, that is, the heat of the sun that contributes to its growth and maturation. And the Geotropismo that is the growth of the root towards the direction of the earth to depth, but when there are stones in the land it is obvious that they do not allow that this geotropismo process and the plants do not develop since it can not be carried out the growth of the root and dry due to the lack of deep roots.
In the same way we can say that the stones in the stones spiritually mean: obstacles, stumbling blocks and all kinds of limitations that do not allow the person to develop spiritually.
The representation of this seed in the church can occur in happy and joyful people who praise God but there are no roots in them and when afflictions are present they dry up like a rootless plant fallen between stones bringing negative effects in their spiritual life and They go from the church, they go back to the old rudiments of the world because they are people who receive the word superficially, they depend on their emotions and they do not have deep or sincere convictions.
The stones are composed of people who hear the word receives it immediately with joy however the joy does not last long, because they do not resist temptations.
