Hey good post on representing the 'human brain' behind 'the code'. It's good to read how you arrive at the visual changes to the user experience.

Since you're asking for suggestions.. what I find annoyig is that the 'back arrow' to return to the main list of articles stays up top. Since I'm on mobile and read articles and comments, I have to scroll all the way up to press that arrow. 'Back' on my device also registers with the underlying page and not the floating article. I view that as a bad design feature.

On your last screenshot too I think that is not at all beautiful to see the article image so tiny. This is something I've always disliked about Leo and Hive really. Some images display good but others just look badly framed.

Lastly the notification counter icon displays offset (on the high side) over the bell on my device. It's a minor detail but that's the thing about UI design. When something is out of place it stands out badly. The UI of Leo is getting there though so well done for your efforts in improving it.
