I also know what IMPRESSIONS are but I asked what they mean in regards (as a result) to Hive. If 1 view equals 10 impressions then what does then equal to what your goal is = NEW USER SIGN UPS.

So then since Hive declares itself SOCIAL, these points are actually crucial in analysing your efforts. Since for what is it worth if a video gets 40,000 Views (outside of the Hive ecosystem), makes 400,000 Impressions (outside of the Hive ecosystem) yet by your own words you admit you don't have any tools or a system in place to then see how many actual NEW ACCOUNTS IN THE HIVE ECOSYSTEM those external metrics amount to.

Anyway, I know what I know and it's clear as day why Hive struggles to gain users. I'm not against your endeavor because you're right that even if it's not finished you are at least improving the Hive reach...

But... your point about crypto not finished isn't exactly a good one. I see your point but..

BITCOIN... only needs to attract money. It's doing that. Because most agree that a storage of wealth is it's main role.

ETHEREUM... only needs to attract money and ideas that get built on it. Again that's what most see it as and so it's doing what it needs to do.

HIVE... wants to be the feeless chain to build on and a SOCIAL PLATFORM for creators and consumers.
It's neither agreed by most that this is what it will be and it's also not attracting masses for social or has the tools to actually be a social base for all kinds of robust communities and interactions.

So yeah... that's why My words aren't bullshit. Because the points I made are precisely what is missing in order for Hive to be taken seriously by anyone other than low level penny chasers.

And that's what Hive essentially became in it's maiden year. Spanish content dominates. Random daily content that only feeds AUTO VOTES. There's no communities getting established that could attract a large amount of interested readers. And definitely not attractive to Enterprise or businesses looking for audiences.

Asking business minded people to BRING THEIR AUDIENCES with them is a ridiculous expectation.

@nonameslefttouse makes that clear point that until this place can entice a large CONSUMER base. It's far from achieving any status as the "undiscovered WOW amazing" tech/platform so many think will moon Hive as a crypto.
