See the problem is (which is why I refer to DISCORD) is that there is NO GLUE to keep users on Hive. That's an immensely crucial element.

Which is why I played devil's advocate because a Mark Cuban would ask those two fundamental question in order to understand how the system can first and foremost be considered a SOCIAL PLATFORM.

I'm not saying this needs to compete with Discord. The point is that if you're signing up a user but then they stay connected to their network on another system then you're bleeding out of an artery.

In another analogy it's like inviting people to YOUR BBQ but you have no backyard, no tables, no cutlery, no drinks etc.. then you realize your neighbor has all that so you offload that to your neighbor..

Like a fool you cook all the meat and pass it over the fence and listen in to all the attendees munching away and happily discussing their day...

But in your head you say:

So you do... but then again.. your neighbor helps out.. so then what is your actual role (your technological contribution) .. you're the cook (the token) and it's your neighbor that's hosting the BBQs (THE SOCIAL).

That's why I made these three points:

• blocktrades needs to make the underlying code actually superior. To BUILD on.

• aggroed needs to not be a money hungry cunt and just give out communities/TRIBES to everyone... AFTER there's a mass effect then think about extracting money... from communities that have audiences seeking tokenization.

• peakd (the only true UX developers) get those new features up and running and into an app ... with BEECHAT as a fundamental.

These three things alone will be the groundwork to then allow all types of marketing to then bring in users, by anyone, since anyone can say:

just download the app!

Then the users can actually see a SOCIAL SYSTEM where they would make the conscious decision to say:

wow this is better than those other platforms. I need to tell everyone about this..

So yeah.. clearly: HIVE = LONG GAME!

But if those that control the code push this thing along like an old man on a walker then the effort you put in might not achieve what you wish.
