The only quality that this chain once provided was for travel. The showcase of the world through the eyes of travelers.

Travel made its own chain game though so what is left is a tiny game of crypto bloggers in LEO and the rest is latin america posting about baking empanadas.

Hive is just building shitposts and not creating a library of exclusive content that would exist as a cache of quality to the wider internet.

Both as an asset of the chain and as a lure to outsiders that could in an instant see and realize "Quality lives here."

HIVE is stuck believing blogging is somehow attractive to anyone other than penny chasers. Hence it doesn't grow. In fact steemit is growing faster despite it going fully Korean.

So maybe a steeming shitpost is more attractive than one made of make-believe honey.
