Can you prove it?
Because the price of both have tanked.
I asked early on (when you and many others were going crazy with the CUB shilling) "what is the point of CUB (utility?)" and everyone said "to pump the price of Leo" but then I couldn't get a rational response as to how it would do that. I even said "but why would people hold CUB" and now some months on that is why both Leo and Cub have dived. Blaming Bitcoin is always the easy out.
"IT'S DAD'S FAULT!"
The true problem is that CUB needed to come AFTER user growth so that more of a buzz could exist and reach more channels that have interest in that yield game.
I'm not a pro stats guy like @dalz but by the recent Leo stats, Leo blogging can't seem to break that 1K MAU and by the data on dappradar there's only 218 users (accounts) playing with the BSC CUB farm/den thing. Yet Khal wants to rush out Kingdoms...
So the other point I made early was that relying on a very tiny community to sustain that and somehow magically create growth was a dangerous game. Which then suffers even greater when there's market events like the current.
Yet "we're in it for the long haul" is how people soothe that mental dilemma. Or as you've put it "it's all about mindset."
But see, people like you with your early posts have influence on others and what I read repeatedly now from low level users on Leo is that they're a long way away from the price they bought in at.
So then the risk of Leo losing even the loyalist is now a reality because at the end of the day, not everyone might be clever like you and have contingency plans.. and that little money they put in hoping for reward was all they might have had.
This is why I see Khal as a dodgy cunt now and someone who forgot about community and the real mission. To grow userbase. Low hanging fruit and tunnel vision for percentages. The focus must go back to growing users or I think Leo will always stay a tiny tribe on Hive.
