Well I think that many females on Hive are actually creating strong communitties and setting precedents that go beyond dollar values.

Many of the guys here are heavily focused on money movements and think that "protecting rewards" with downvotes and bots is somehow a noble thing.

WHAT A JOKE.

How will that look if this place ever gains mass user uptake. The worst thing is that people like @theycallmedan are trying to sell this as "CENSOR RESISTANT" so it's actually an oxymoron to have the platform governed by bots.

@peakd is also pushing down the route of "Own Your Identity" and @lordbutterfly has shown images of his marketing campaign trying to paint Hive as a 'SAFE SPACE'

..so at some point people here will need to understand that they're actually promoting this thing by falsehoods.

Now I know the counter argument.. that, ON HIVE, YOU'RE NEVER CENSORED OR BANNED (and I am testament to that) but really when the focus of ONBOARDING is moving towards USER EXPERIENCE then who would want to play this game MUTED....?

OK ME YES... because I'm a street dog.. but those that come over here and take it serious.. AND ADD SOME MONEY... then that's as good as BANNED if they can't get a return on their "investment".

Normies that decide to get onboard with HIVE aren't going to see any difference between

getting downvoted or muted
is equal to:
mainstream shadowbanned.

Plus they'll just silently leave and tell their friends of the bad experience.

Just look at what a few "HIVE SAVIORS" did to the POB Tribe. If people here think that was good then they're kidding themselves if they think external business heads are going to build their projects on Hive and risk some egotistical clowns coming in and declaring themselves AN AUDIT AUTHORITY dictating to users how a Tribe TOKEN should be distributed or how people should be voting.

Sure remove spam and repeat plagiarist but there's heroes around here who are also against SELF VOTE. So that begs the question:

Why didn't @blocktrades remove that feature in the recent hard fork if it's SO EVIL?

PLUS...

IF DEFI is the latest money game of crypto... and HIVE wants in on it... then isn't putting ONES OWN MONEY into a pool or funny farm and then GETTING PAID A RETURN... in a sense A SELF VOTE WITH YOUR OWN MONEY?

Yet doing it on ONE'S CONTENT that one actually puts time and effort into... now attracts righteous clowns who think they have to police that behavior..
