Hello, dear members of all communities, especially #needleworkmonday. Welcome back to my blog. In this post I will present a color holder which I made for my daughter. Although I'm looking forward to not missing the colors for some reason some of them disappear, that's why I wanted to make a Minie Mouse amigurumi with some tentacles to stick the colors. So she will have a beautiful amigurumi and something useful not to lose it.
Materials
- Needle (1.45mm or 3)
- Crochet thread (color: Black and red)
- Scissors
- Wool sewing needle
Development
We'll work with spiral weaving. When spiral weaving, we do not close with a dwarf stitch or weave up chains on each turn, but when we finish weaving one turn, we simply continue weaving the next. That is why it is important to have a commercial marker, hook pins or a piece of thread of a different color than the one being woven in my case. Use the thread to indicate where each lap begins or ends.
Black Thread
V-1. in a magic ring weave 6 low stitches.
V-2. weave 1 increase for each base stitch obtaining 12 stitches
V-3. knit 1 low stitches and 1 raise repeat until the end, obtaining 18 stitches
V-4. knit 2 low stitches and 1 raise repeat until the end, obtaining 24 stitches
V-5. knit 3 low and 1 high stitch repeat until the end, obtaining 30 stitches
V-6. knit 4 low and 1 high stitch repeat until the end, obtaining 36 stitches

V-7-14 knit 1 low stitch for each base stitch, 36 stitches - in the 12th lap change the yarn to red.
V-15. knit 4 low stitches and 1 decrease repeat until the end, obtaining 30 stitches
V-16. knit 3 low stitches and 1 decrease repeat until the end, obtaining 24 stitches
Stuffing with wadding (cushions, cotton, rice...)
V-17. knit 2 low stitches and 1 decrease repeat until the end, obtaining 18 stitches
V-18. knit 1 low stitch and 1 decrease repeat until the end, obtaining 12 stitches
V-19. decrease
Close and hide the thread

Then we made the tentacles. Until we make 12 tentacles. You can make as many as you want.

Ears
To make the ears, make four.
V-1 in a magic ring weave 6 low stitches.
V-2 knit 1 increase for each base stitch obtaining 12 stitches
V-3 knit 1 low and 1 high stitch repeat until the end, obtaining 18 stitches
V-4 knit 2 low stitches and 1 raise repeat until the end, obtaining 24 stitches
V-5 knit 3 low and 1 high stitch repeat until the end, obtaining 30 stitches
V-6 knit 4 low and 1 high stitch repeat until the end, obtaining 36 stitches
Close and leave thread.

Now we take two circles and put them together on the head.
To finish we stick the colors to the tentacles, we make the bow and we put a decoration on it.
