Stuck in a Home town

I have no idea what I am doing in this game as I am so confused about what to do. I am still doing `Hime town` missions and looks like another zone has been unlocked on the RS map which is `Local Cig Circuit`. I wanted to try something new because I was literally fed up doing home town missions. But local Cig Circuit has very different missions along with the different types of requirements.

As you can see I can start from Radio Studio Session. I am only level 27 so i can only start from the Radio session. It requires 500 fans and it only gives 60 to 293 starbits. I don't understand why would I switch from my current home town mission to this new one because it is giving me nothing whilst the hometown Saturday Mission gives me almost 1400 starbits.

One thing I got to realise fans are going to play a major role in missions. They are increasing at different levels. I have almost 47k starbits and i want to purchase useful cards so I can progress my game further but I am so done with this game I just don't want to explore. All i need is readymade food. I mean someone who just looks at my screenshots and gives me some good advice to move my game up.

Expensive Cards

I do musical missions in order to increase levels and reduce EGO. I wanted to buy some good instruments but they are quite expensive. My fellow friends have gotten their millionaire cards. But i who only do 2 missions/day will never be able to achieve level 50 in this my life :P Maybe in the next life lolz. Yes with this speed I can't achieve that easily. Because I can't be online 24/7 for missions.
I thought let's buy 1 million starbits as the price is pretty low. So when I looked at the market I still needed 200+ Hives for 1 Million start bits and 200+ hives on this game never.
I will play this game with the speed of a turtle one day I will be able to achieve level 50 along with 1 Million starbits :P
I am seriously looking for some nice suggestions from pro-rising star players.
