Hello @phortun and all nature lovers.
It is always sad when an activity like the one you organise disappears, but behind all these activities there are people, and of course their decisions must be deeply respected. Thank you @phortun for giving us the possibility to show and evaluate our work during all this time.
Regarding my participation, I do so with a photograph I took this morning during my cycling outing in the north of the island of Ibiza. The subject is a wonderful and spectacular pine tree, Es Pí d'en Besuró is its name in the local language, the largest of all the Balearic Islands. It is over three hundred years old and stands just over 28 metres high. It is protected by law and is carefully looked after by the biologists of the regional authority. Especially on Sundays you can see people doing activities related to yoga, meditation or tai-chi under its dome, they say because of the special energy you can feel under its huge branches. Strangely today in Ibiza has not been a sunny day, and there was not a nice light to photograph the landscape, but I could not miss the opportunity to show this monument of nature.
Finally I would like to tell you @phortun that we share places in the world. One is Tenerife and now I learn that you also spent some time in Playa del Carmen. I spent three months there every year in 98, 99 and 2000, when Playa had..... 8,000 inhabitants! Now it has 80,000.

I am secretly hoping that one day this contest will become a reality again. Thank you again.
