This is my first time saying something positive and truly realizing it. Thank you for these words of wisdom. While reflecting on what you said, I realized you were right. Sigh… this is just a basic thing to do as a human, yet I never thought about it before. Maybe I was so focused on allowing myself to be consumed by the dark surroundings. 🤷🏻‍♀️
