So more than 24 hrs have passed since successful launch of PolyCUB and I am slowly beginning to understand the masterpiece that Khal et al. have created and get cozy with it. So, far I have expanded to xPOLYCUB and Farms and rewards are aggressive considering it's the honeymoon period of platform.
xPOLYCUB is the indeed gem of PolyCUB and is the reason I am highly bullish on POLYCUB.
The way XPOLYCUB works is actually pretty amazing. People stake into farms and kingdom and earn yield. If they want to cash out early before block locking period, they gets taxed and the tax goes to the xPOLYCUB.
Pretty Cool....Right!
Yesterday, after claiming my little POLYCUB airdrop I immediately went to xPOLYCUB and stacked the POLYCUB.
My initial stake was 3.4 POLYCUB, but I have got 2.964 xPOLYCUB. And now after more than 24 hrs, my xPOLYCUB stacked is still 2.964...strange.
For now, xPOLYCUB interface is a bit confusing. Well, let me explain what this ambiguous interface is telling. As we can see total POLYCUB stacked as per screenshot is 221,359 And xPOLYCUB supply at the same time is 77,860. Means, each xPOLYCUB is now worth 2.84 POLYCUB (221,359/77,860= 2.84). So my initial 3.4 POLYCUB stack is now worth 8.42 POLYCUB(2.84*3.4).
That is 2.476X on my initial stake in just little over 24 hrs, not bad at all.
The APYs are gonna settle down in some days, as more people get into xPOLYGON and get more conscious about early reward harvesting. But that POLUCUB and xPOLYCUB ratio is not coming down, for sure.
As of now, 2.84 POLYCUB staked gives 1 xPOLYCUB, in contrast to 1 by 1 ration at yesterday's launch. So getting into xPOLYCUB as early as possible is gonna be more rewarding.
That's why I am bullish on POLYCUB in the long term, as it is xPOLYCUB is always gonna act as POLYCUB sump.
One of the farms that intrigued my interest was PLEO-WMATIC lp. I think with PLEO below 30 cents and WMATIC below $1.5 chances of impermanent loss are very little. So a few hours ago, I got into PLEO-WMATIC LP too.
The interphase is not currently showing Pool's correct APY. But looking at POLYCUB farmed, I can feel feels the pool is pretty aggressive. At least for now!
