Y'know, I've never been a big fan of running into "department store Karen's" either (or whatever they need to be called). I actually like to give encouragement to parent's who are trying to teach their children, even in public. "Don't give up! We're on your side," goes so much farther than bitching at people to quiet their kids down. Sheesh.
