I've been having some fun messing with this picture of this strawberry. It's a simple picture, really, but the bright red of it lends itself well to some colour dissection. It has also been a good experience to get me to learn a little more about the ins and outs of Krita, which I'm begun to like a little more than Gimp (which I thought might never happen)
First, awhile back, I did a CMYK separation on this berry. Each separated portion looks pretty neat in and of itself.
Cyan
Magenta
Yellow
Alpha (K)
And then a more screen oriented RGB dissection.
Red
Blue
Green
They even look interesting when broken apart as greyscale. Looking at these makes me think that this must be what a vegetarian zombie must eat.
Red as Greyscale
Green as Greyscale
Blue as Greyscale
My personal favourite is the Blue Greyscale.
