I was amazed. And because I'm me, I had to check to see if they had dialtone. They most certainly did. I found them in Pearson Airport in Toronto.

and I drink it! Way, way too much of it.

Hey, thanks so much!

Yup, that's me! I was angry that week.

Hah. Well, I haven't told everyone 😁

Trudeau has done no such thing. He was pushed out of his party and will be replaced with a WEF plan Well, true, that. At least he left, and without causing a constitutional crisis. You're right, citations

I think he has a couple of goals in mind: 1, to strengthen the border and, 2, to distract from other items he's trying to push through. It's working! The Flames won! 😁 They played poorly and didn't deserve

Honestly, I don't know the current political climate in Canada, but I do know that we're suffering some issues down here. The foundation for eroding rights is being laid. Donald Trump has already signed

These last couple of weeks in particular have been crazy busy; I was back home in Calgary for a week for a funeral (and took the opportunity to do some home-grown tourism) then have had some crap going

I got to see Loreena McKennit live once. The band was just her and two others, and it was fantastic. She's definitely one of my favourite musicians.

Man, I've missed listening to the songs you share. Glad I'm able to do so again! These are such a nice change from my standard music.

Warren Zevon was indeed a fantastic songwriter. I'll Sleep When I'm Dead is about my life motto, too.

It does! I think the term "frenemies" is quite apt.

England didn't do such a great job in partitioning Pakistan after WWII, either. Their track record is pretty dismal. I'm not an overly religious person, but I really admire Hippy Jesus and his teachings.

I made a decision to move to the US and, ultimately, become a citizen. Honestly, I'm more than a little embarrassed about the state of things, but moving back to Canada is looking more and more possible

Right? We As A People should be able to do better.

He definitely is! He was suffering ALS and lived at least 10 years longer than expected. I miss knowing that he's not there already, but he was always a strong, self-sufficient person, and I know it pained

Thank you so much. He was suffering from ALS for the last 20 years, so it's very bittersweet. He's no longer suffering, but he is already missed.

Thank you very much! It was surprisingly more difficult than I was expecting, but was really good to see family again.

It's above freezing today! I think it's going to hit 45F! A veritable heatwave. Unfortunately it's not the most pleasant of circumstances; my father passed away last week. He was diagnosed with ALS 20
