Have you considered fountain pens for your drawing? Have a look at this older post of mine:

Faber-Castell also makes some excellent, low-priced fountain pens. Unlike the "Happy Pen" they're available with fine nibs if required. I tried them with the ink mentioned in my post; they work fine.
