The people who hacked WSJ, posted a public apology for pewdiepie, apologising for slander.
The controversy has risen around pewdiepie due to him aledgedly supporting a youtube channel which promotes antisemitism. In the newest pewdiepie's video pewdiepie explains his position, confirming his fans that he have distanced himself from nazi jokes, and he has nothing to do with the channel promoting antisemitism, swedish youtuber just liked few videos of that channel.
