Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll present today's edition of Travel Digest. In our featured posts, we have the city of Venice, Italy, a mosque in Gazimagusa, Cyprus, and the city of Ettenheim, Germany. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
Today I have a few photos for you, taken on the second day of my visit to Venice, specifically during the initial sightseeing phase of the day. We arrived on the island of Venice late in the morning, even though we had planned to start much earlier. However, we were delayed considerably due to traffic jams and extremely crowded buses, and we simply couldn't find a seat for a long time, so we had to wait for the next one.

Today I’m going back in my memories to my holiday in CYPRUS last year. As you probably already know from my previous posts, one day we took a trip by a bus provided by the hotel to a nearby town called FAMAGUSTA. The weather that day was a bit too good — definitely perfect for sunbathing but a bit less ideal for sightseeing. Walking in such weather, especially at midday, was really exhausting but I think we managed to see all the landmarks in FAMAGUSTA or at least those located in the city center. And today I would like to show you the cathedral or rather the ruins of the LALA MUSTAFA PASHA MOSQUE, formerly also known as the CATHEDRAL OF SAINT NICHOLAS.

Our first stop: a small, free motorhome site in Ettenheim. When we arrived, it was completely empty. Just us. We made a coffee and then walked into town.
Ettenheim lies at the edge of the Black Forest, not far from the Rhine. Its old town carries a quiet baroque character – not overwhelming, but present in details: façades, small squares, carefully aligned streets.
