Hello everyone, Worldmappin friends! @lauramica presents our Wednesday Travel Digest. Come see the places we'll be visiting today! 鉂わ笍
This time, our featured posts take us on a stroll through an interesting park in Thailand, show us a beautiful bay in Montenegro, and give us some great views of Sao Jorge's Island. We'll also be visiting other parts of the world like Indonesia, Malaysia, Italy, and the USA.
Thank you all for sharing your posts on the Worldmappin map! Have a wonderful day! 馃槂鉂わ笍
Howdy, fellow Hive travel and photography lovers! Today I'd like the share the Buddha Park on the Mekong River in Laos across from Nong Khai, Thailand with ya'll today. It's about 25 kilometers from downtown and past the 馃嚤馃嚘Friendship Bridge馃嚬馃嚟 border crossing. I wouldn't recommend taking one of those old school tuktuks because the rideshare app will be the same price or cheaper, and you'll have a cooler and more comfortable ride.

I noticed a group, a couple of girls and young men, who were crossing the rocks from that small beach to a wooden jetty. This bay near Boka Kotorska is small but very beautiful. The water is incredibly clean, which is confirmed by the presence of small black urchins in addition to its crystal clarity. And I especially like the fact that you can see the open sea on the horizon.

Valas is located on the South Western part of the island on the water and on the largest faj茫 of the island. If you didn't read any of my previous posts about the Azores faj茫s (that's okay, you're forgiven) they are basically flat land plateaus created by volcanic activity - lava flows and landslides. Valas city was one of the first to be settled when people arrived on the island and it dates all the way back to the 1400s.
