Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll present today's edition of Travel Digest. In our featured posts, we have a temple in Old Bagan, Myanmar, the village of Chlaba in Slovakia, and the city of Tavira, Portugal. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
There are countless types of temples in Old Bagan. In fact, all the temples here are numbered for identification. Perhaps this is an administrative measure. However, quite a few have distinctive characteristics, perhaps because they belonged to a popular king or simply because of their distinctive shape.
One of them is That Bin Nyu Temple. Did you know that this temple has a unique characteristic and is the only one tallest here? Although Dhammayangyi is famous for the story of its king who never finished building a magnificent temple, That Bin Nyu is different. This is the tallest temple in Old Bagan, That Bin Nyu.

Our destination ended up discovering the charming and quiet spot in the village of Ch木aba near the majestic Dunube River. From afar, I saw it as an entrance to the cave but then my husband told me it's an old cellar by the locals.

It was a calm afternoon, and I was sitting on a terrace in Tavira, with the estuary as my backdrop, looking through all the photos I'd taken around the city. It was curious how, at that moment, those images I'd captured somewhat by chance began to take on a new meaning. They weren't grand panoramas or studied poses, but small, isolated pieces of the city, simple moments that often go unnoticed when we're rushing to explore.
