Stocks are in a normal range for weeks now, yet again that seems to be the norm - despite all the negative economic news.

Economy around the world is contracting. Just a couple of weeks ago, the Morgan Stanley business activity index had the largest decline in history! Again....In history!

And again, the market of course drugs that off. Doesn't matter. And few days ago we got the Chicago PMI , which has now fallen into contraction.

The signs are everywhere, and the one thing everyone's ignoring is the yield curve which most countries don't have at the moment. Specially in western countries, curve is pointing towards recession, towards economic downturn.

Does yield curve matter to the stock market at all right now? And again it just goes back to what we realize is going to happen.

Facts:

  • round after round of abysmal economic news
  • the world economy is contracting, the world is slowing down
  • slowing down means - there's going to be less demand
  • expect false flags, expect OPEC to act, crude oil will be propped up

Every mechanism you can dream about, is being utilized right now to keep stocks higher. "The banks are strong" (their words, not mine) as they all passed the (fake) stress test and the Fed gave them all the green light to buy back enormous amounts of shares of their own. Stocks went straight up.

Financial sector (largest sector of them all) pulls the market up, so that's a charade that's going on.

We do not have a free market. We do not have a free market economy whatsoever. It's all engineered and rigged. It's all fake too. Fake numbers. And it doesn't matter because the central banks are going to step in. Until....that will not be sustainable any more.

There's all this talk of a truce now. A truce between China and the United States. But I thought those two countries weren't in a trade war (hint: all kind of media was widely spewing out about this). So,
if they're not in a trade war, why does US gotta call a truce? :D

They play with these words... of course the whole world is in a trade war. But they don't want you to know that.

The market is expecting a 50 basis point cut. This should make a lot of sense to you. Especially understanding that we are in economic free-fall. This is financial distortion that we are in.

How it's all being faked and propped up? We're not hearing anything about this. About exploding deaths, exploding deficits, the dead bubble, the issue that we have with the currency.... okay the currency is a worthless paper nonsense. How we fix the issue? By fixing the currency! Backing it with a fraction of gold.
