Galen, brother—wow! These topics hit hard. This week was tough. When I read this it touched on the pain points of my week…my life. Ha! This weekend was supposed to be one of those deep, shitty heavy ones - me sitting with the sadness, let myself feel, purge, heal. But you know what, man? I decided no. Not this time. Huh-uh!
