Hello World, dear Steemit-community.
Since I joined this platform for a while now, I thought it might be the time for a proper introduction. My Name is Tomasz. I live and work in Germany. My parents are from Poland. Some call me some sort of designer or texter, organizer or networker, a few also would say i‘m an artist or maybe entrepeneur.
I would call myself some sort of futurist. Rather in a practical than in a theoretical sense.

So what do I do? It’s not like I’m pursuing a profession in terms of graduate from university and becoming a specialist in anyway. After school I did study physics for 2 semester, switched to philosophy, political science and history. I’ve never finished a single one of these majors. I worked for a news-tv-broadcaster as an on-screen-designer, an editor and as an executive producer. I've co-developed a place called utopiacity (in german 'utopiastadt'), organized parties and festivals, designed and programmed websites, produced music or drafted and builded scenographic artwork. I did a lot of stuff. I’m a quick learner. Some may call that a multipotentialite. I call that human.

Because in this context i‘m not special. Everybody‘s a lot of stuff. I‘m sure you‘ve got your own unique skill set and convinced that, as long we talk openly about our interests, competences and capacities, we‘ll find a common ground to collaborate with eachother.
Since I’ve told you about what I did the last 12 years (as short as possible), it’s also time to tell you about who I am. Yes, there is a difference. Our cultural context often suggest doing and being are the same, but they are not.
I’m a very idealistic person. I believe in humanity as a cooperative and diverse species. Although I’ve got my well trained moral compass, I acknowledge that not everybody has the same views as I do. There is no absolute truth. There are believes and horizons.
False expectations, meritocratic mechanisms and social-anxiety are leading us into frustration and some sort of 'fear' of one another. In a nutshell? That's not necessary. To overcome those systems and develope new flexible systems, becoming autonomous and connected in our diversity at the same time, sharing the world that was given to us, learn, teach and collaborate, that are humanities challenges in the 21st century.
Through all the different tasks the world has given me up to this point, I’ve learnt that my real motivation to do this or that does not lie in earning money or prestige. Being creative means to find out what lies in the very essence of ourselves.
Ok, why do I tell you that? Because i feel the urge to exchange and reach out to those who feel ready for that kind of transformation aswell. I would like to pass on some of the lessons i've learnt.
I'll use my steemit-blog for sharing methods and thoughts about blockchain technology and the impact to society, game changing in general, getting things done, collaborative networking and smart project managment. Something in between philosophical essays, practical tutorials and calls for action. Sadly my english writing isn't that perfect. So some of the articles will be in german.
