The thing with this lockdown is it’s actually kind of boring. Literally nothing has happened other than rain. Things happen because of people but with everyone locked away there’s nothing. So there’s no point doing a daily video.
In terms of the lockdown it seems to be working. To date we’ve got 1160 including 57 new cases but that increase is down from 62 on Monday so that’s encouraging. Still only one reported death which when nailed down to numbers shows that the government has done a great job locking us down and keeping everything at bay.
The politicking has been minimal of late. I’m glad about that because this is not an issue that should turn political. That, and the fact that both National and Labour have done stupid things during the lockdown so that’ll be like the pot calling the kettle black.
