This question is for the people that are still working. While I was there before and I learnt too.

When I was still working, I was teacher and I learnt care and patience. You need such attributes while dealing with kids. Any mistake you make, they are already crying and wailing so I cultivated the habit of being soft spoken and patient with them. It was fun all the same.
