This is very true.

My mom said something recently, she said "gold at it's raw state is unrefined and nobody wants it. But it passed through the crucibles of fire to Stan out and shine"

Who wont want some gold to himself. So to be great and outstanding, you have to surely pass through the crucibles of fire.
